Our estimating staff works closely with owners and design teams to evaluate design, constructability, scheduling, and value engineering opportunities. Technical assistance is provided throughout the design phase to help establish a design, price, and schedule that meets the needs of all parties in the most cost-effective manner.

CONSTRUCTION

What differentiates Dargan is our relationship-based approach to construction. We safely build fine structures and a loyal client base through our actions, not just our words.
As the detailed schedule is finalized, our project team works with subcontractors to monitor manpower allocation and ensure resources support the overall project schedule.
Progress meetings are held regularly at the project site, with special emphasis placed on four-to-six-week look-ahead schedules. This ongoing communication keeps Dargan, the owner, architect, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors aligned toward the required completion date.
Daily and weekly inspections help identify work sequences that are not progressing as planned, allowing the project team to address issues before they become larger problems.
Project Completion
Dargan’s project managers also oversee post-construction warranty items, ensuring they are documented, tracked, and addressed promptly.
